I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2010 after the birth of my second child. It took a few years for doctors to finally figure out what was making me so sick. Since begrudgingly (oh how I miss real sour dough bread!) adopting a gluten-free diet, I am now healthy and loving my new gluten-free lifestyle in Hawaii. Whether you are a local or here for a visit, it is my quest to help you to enjoy yours as well.
